This part of the site is dedicated to collectors of Germany postal stationery from 1872 until 1945. Postal stationery (Ganzsachen) includes a multitude of postal items from postcards (Postkarten), envelopes (Umschläge), wrappers (Streifbänder), Pneumatic mail (Rohrpostkarten), Postal Orders (Postanweisungen), letter cards (Kartenbriefe), etc.

The areas covered are divided into the German Empire from 1872 until 1918, The Weimar Republic from 1919 until 1932 and the Third Reich from 1933 until 1945. In addition, there is a section called 'MOTIVES' which lists postcards by certain categories such as 'Second World War', 'Get to Know Germany', Nazi Party Rally's, etc. Please note this website is dedicated to historical research and images are provided solely for that purpose. I in no way endorse the propaganda or politics of the various factions presented here, and I am not affiliated with any political group.
