Issued Aug 1883/1888. Features an 1880 Michel 39 stamp. Larger format. Yellowish. 162 x 230 mm. There are two versions of this wrapper as follows:
S7-A: 1883 Issue. Folding cut: A = bevel edge 24mm
S7-B: 1888 Issue. Folding cut: B = bevel edge 48mm.

S7 has a known plate flaw where the green line running around the edge of the denomination '3' is broken underneath the horizontal bar.
