1893."Post=Anweisung". Eagle in Circle measuring 160 x 110mm. The third line of text reads 'auf ...... Mark ...... Pf'. Simplified postal note when compared to 1889 issue A8. The tasks: "Aufgabezirk" (Posting District) and "Aufgabepost" (posting mail) have been fixed. Distance between the 20Rpf stamp and the penny grid has two variations:

ABOVE LEFT: Type I: 2½mm
ABOVE RIGHT: Type II: 5mm.

Issued 1893 and printed on "Dianer duplex" paper. This envelope is the same design as the earlier 1890 issue RU2 only now with a different material. This change in the design of the Rohrpost card was due to complaints about the earlier RU1 and RU2 envelopes being too transparent. This paper consists of two layers of "differently colored materials, each side being a different color.
