BACKGROUND: These postcards are the same as 3rd National Club Conference in Bremen except that now they have an additional inscription on the reverse:

"1. Postwertzeichen-Ausstellung | des vereins der Briefmarkenfreunde im Landesverband | "Weser-Ems" des Reichsbundes der Philatelisten e. V | Oldenburg: Schloβ: 14-15 Mai 1938".

There were two cards with identical design but different pre-printed stamps:
