There are three major versions of this card, PP122-C-18, PP122-C-20 and PP122-C-30.
PP122-C-18 was issued to commemorate the 105th Anniversary of Ernst Heinrich Wilhelm von Stephan the German general post director who reorganized the German postal service. He was integral in the founding of the Universal Postal Union in 1874, and in 1877 introduced the telephone to Germany.
PP122-C-20 was issued to commemorate the first "Day of the Stamp" and the "Founding Day of the R.d.P or Reichsbund der Philatelisten" on 7th Jan 1936.
