OFFICIAL POSTCARD
GERMAN COURT of JUSTICE
This postcard was issued on the 21st October 1936 and has a 6Rpf Hindenburg medallion pre-printed stamp. The card commemorates the laying of the foundation stone of the German Court of Justice in Munich. This particular card has the special commemorative cancel that was used on the 23rd and 24th October inscribed "MÜNCHEN | Hauptstadt der Bewegung| Grundsteinlegung | des Hauses des | Deutschen Rechts | 24.10.36".

SUMMER OLYMPIC GAMES #1
These two official postcards were issued to generate interest among the population in the upcoming Summer Olympic Games being held in Berlin from 1st to 16th Aug 1936. Both cards have the same design (a view of the inside of the Olympic Stadium) but P259 has a 6RPf +4Rpf pre-printed stamp and P260 has a 15Rpf + 10Rpf pre-printed stamp. There were a number of special cancellations used at various venues around the Olympic sites.

AUTOBAHN
This commemorative postcard was released to celebrate the completion of the first 1,000Km of Autobahn construction. The image shows Adolf Hitler breaking the ground on the construction as well as a completed section of Autobahn in the background.
