BACKGROUND: This stamp was part of series of a series of 10 stamps issued on 4th Oct 1935 to raise funds for the Winterhilfswerk Charity Fund. Two official postcards P255 and P256 were also available from 1st of Oct 1935. This stamp features a woman dressed in the traditional costume of East Prussia and Marienburg.
