INTERNATIONALE AUTOMOBILE UND MOTORRAD AUSSTELLUNG
(18th Feb/6th Mar 1938)

BACKGROUND: There were at least 3 different postcards issued to commemorate the Berlin International Automobile and Motorcycle show held from 18th Feb to 6th Mar 1938.

The first version: is a full cover artist's impression of an automobile racing towards the exhibition venue in Berlin.

The second version: is exactly the same design, only now in greyscale (black and white).

The third card has a totally different artist's impression of a different automobile leaving the exhibition.

SONDERSTEMPEL: There was also a special cancel inscribed 'BERLIN-CHARLOTTENBURG | 18.feb - 6. Marz 1938 | Int. Automobil-u-Mottorad-Austellung'.
