40 JAHRE VEREIN BRIEFMARKENFREUNDE - KÖNIGSBERG

BACKGROUND: Two almost identical postcards were issued to celebrate the 40 anniversary of the Königsberg Stamp Club 1898-1938, and the Austrian Anschluss on 10th Apr.

PP122-C-85/01: Without additional text.
PP122-C-85/02: With additional '3. Philatelistische Ostlandtagung' text.
PP122-C-96: Reissue of /01 above only now without text below the image.

The cards bear the inscription "40 Jahre | Verein der Briefmarkenfreunde E.V" on the top and "Im Jahre der Eingliederung Osterreichs ins Deutsche Reich | Am 10. April dem Führer Dein "Ja!"" at the bottom.
