BACKGROUND: This series of 27 postcards was published to commemorate the 1930 International Postal Exhibition held in Berlin from 12th to 21st Sep 1930.
There were three series of nine postcards each as follows:
PP113: 8Rpf Ebert pre-printed stamp
PP115: 10Rpf Ebert pre-printed stamp
PP117 5Rpf Hindenburg Medallion Stamp.
SPECIAL CANCEL: There were two special cancels as well as a slogan cancel.
