Issued 1908 due to the elimination of the reduced local postage for Württemberg. The same as DRP1 but now with added 3Pf value stamp, the old 2Pf value stamp canceled with horizontal bars. DRP1 with the imprint "Postcard" above the word "Drucksache" (formerly P88) is not an official issue.

Issued 1908 and measuring 125 x 88mm. Inscribed 'Rohrpost=Karte' with a 25RPf Germania stamp inscribed 'DEUTSCHES REICH'. This card has a diamond shaped watermark. Similar design to the 1902 RP13 and 1915 issue RP17 .
