Issued 1908 and measuring 125 x 88mm. Inscribed 'Rohrpost=Karte' with two 25RPf Germania stamps inscribed 'DEUTSCHES REICH'. This card does not have a watermark. Similar design to the 1902 RP14 and 1908 issue RP16.
