Issued 1908 due to the elimination of the reduced local postage for wurttemberg. The same as DRP1 but now with added 3Pf value stamp, the old 2Pf value stamp cancelled with horizontal bars. DRP1 with the imprint "Postcard" above the word "Drucksache" (formerly P88) is not an official issue.
