BACKGROUND: This stamp is from a set of 11 Official stamps that was issued on 26th Jan 1938 and was designed by Prof. Richard Klein.
There was a re-issue of these stamps in Mar 1942 and the re-issued stamps can easily be distinguished as they had no watermark. There are colour differences between both issues as well.
VALIDITY: 26th Jan 1938 until May 1945
