BACKGROUND: This postcard was issued to commemorate the Regional Conference of the R.d.P (Reichsbund der Philatelisten) held in Strassburg on 16th Nov 1942. This card is very similar to the postcard issued by the Strassburg Stamp Collectors' Group to commemorate Stamp Day earlier in the year.
