BACKGROUND: Another postcard, this time published for the Strassburg Stamp Collectors' Club can be seen below. This example shows three different versions of the 'Day of the Stamp' special cancel used in Strasburg in 1941. A similar card was issued by the R.d.P in Nov 1941 to commemorate the R.d.P Regional Conference also held in Strassburg.
