COMMEMORATING THE FIRST YEAR IN POWER
(30th Jan 1934)

This card features a civilian in a white shirt and dark pants walking along, flanked on either side by SA stormtroopers. The card commemorates the first year in power of the new Nazi government. The main title at the top of the card screams "1 Jahr" or 1 year. The text below the three men reads "Siegen Arbeiten | Weitermarschieren" - 'Winning Workers March On'. There was a very similar card used on 30th Jan 1936 to commemorate the start of the 4th year in power for the Nazi's. That card has the title "1936 - Das 4. Jahr" above the three men, and the inscription below them is unchanged.
