GERMAN EMERGENCY AID

Issued 1st Jul 1931. Special postcard to raise funds for German Emergency Aid, similar to the 1930 issue P210. The value stamp features the Wall pavillion of the Dresden Zwinger (a building complex with gardens in Dresden). Decorative border.

As well as the regular official postcard there were also several with private overprints, as seen below.
