BACKGROUND: Change of form, now with four-lines of text and no dotted lines in the sender's section. The destination section has two lines of text and a single dotted line.
Now with Luftpostkarte (Airmail) above the central divider (which now consists of three vertical lines). The value stamp is still a 15 Rpf, lilac eagle.
Eventhough P169 was available at the counter in Berlin, it was not sold until all stocks of P168 had been sold out.
In addition there were several private printings of P169.
