EILNACHRICHT
URGENT MESSAGE

This EILNACHRICHT or Urgent Message was sent on 12th Feb 1944 from BRAUNSWEIG to HAMBURG with the simple message "We are Healthy". With all the bombing of German cities at the time this was likely a note to a family member to assure them that the sender was safe and well.
