BACKGROUND: Dienstpostkarte DP13 was Issued to take account of postage increase. The design is the same as the 1921 DP12 with black overprint of the new value '125' in digits 7.1 mm high.

There are 4 different variations of this card, each with a different control date code as follows:

DP13/01: with date code "2 21".
DP13/02: with date code "3 21".
DP13/03: with date code "1 22".
DP13/04: with date code "6 22".
