BACKGROUND: Issued 1921. The text and design of Michel P144 is the same as P141 only now instead of a postcard it is a reply card. P144 has a 40Pf pre-printed stamp with a 10Pf surcharge (5Pf for the 'Question' and 5Pf for the 'Answer').

There is only one version of this reply card as there is no version with serrated edge.

In addition to the regular official card described above there were at least two versions with a private printing.
