BACKGROUND: Issued: Mar 1942. This was the eighth stamp from a series of 11 stamps designed by Prof. Richard Klein and printed typography at the Berlin State Printing Works from plates. They were a re-issue of the 1938 Michel 144 to 154 official party stamps, only now without a watermark.
