VALIDITY: 12th Jan 1941 until the end of the war
This postcard was originally published as P289 to commemorate 'The Day of the Stamp' in 1940. The card underwent some revisions and was re-issued. As well as the official P241 card there were several other variations, some of which can be seen below.
Unlike P289 which cost 25 Rpf, the price of P241 was reduced to 20 Rpf, the value of the pre-printed stamp was the same, so the donation to Hitler's Culture fund was reduced by 5 Rpf to 14 Rpf.
The main differences between the 1940 issue P289 and the 1941 issue P241 are as follows:
1. The pre-printed stamp is now a 6 Rpf Hindenburg Medallion.
2. There is a new inscription beneath the image whaich reads "WIENER KLAPPERPOST".
3. The title "Reichsbund der Philatelisten e.V" has been re-formatted from 2 lines to 1 line and is now black instead of the original yellow text.
4. The inscription "Tag der Briefmarke 7. Januar 1940" has been replaced with "Tag der Briefmarke 12. Januar 1941".

2. ALTERNATIVE 1941 VERSION
DAY of the STAMP
This alternative version of the postcard was published in 1941 and has some revisions to P241.
1. No pre-printed stamp.
2. The insciption "ABGABEPRIES 26 Rpf." and two blue vertical lines to the right of the image have been removed.
3. There is a new inscription on the upper right-hand corner which reads "Sondermarke | zum Tag der Briefmarke 1941".
3. REICHSBUND DER PHILATELISTEN e.V
As with P289 this card also has a version that was issued in Feb/Mar 1941. This version has exactly the same design as the original, however the reverse contains a long text message. The message is headed "Reichsbund der Philatelisten e.V | Berlin-Marienfelde, Kirchste, 60 :-: Fernsprecher: 73 10 76 | Postcheckkonto: Berlin 824 60", followed by 7 lines of text and ending "heil Hitler! | Februar Marz 1941 Reichsbund der Philatelisten e.V. | gez.: Frey".
