BLANK CARDS (TYPE B)
WITH A 3Rpf PRE-PRINTED STAMP
BACKGROUND: These blank postcards were issued throughout 1933 until 1945 and exists in many basic forms. The Type 'B' cards differ from the Type 'A' cards in that they are catalogued by the various collectors names, and the format of their addresses. The cards themselves all have a 3Rpf pre-printed hindenburg Medallion stamp, and all of them are without any pre-printed horizontal or vertical lines. There are at least 34 major types, many of them with multiple sub-types.

PP122-B-1
PP122-B-1 cards were mainly used by collectors to obtain newly issued stamps and special cancels. Cards with address forms from various collectors with the place names underlined and no other pre-printed text. There are seven variations of this card as below, listed by sub-variant, city, collector's surname, number of pre-printed lines used to create the address:/01: Aschersleben, Koch
/02: Aschersleben, Wichmann, three horizontal lines
/03: Berlin NW 40, Schön, Des-Aero, four lines
/04: Berlin-Charlottenburg 2, Treitel; three lines
/05: Berlin-Charlottenburg 4, Dr. Stenger, three lines
/06: Berlin-Schlachtensee, Maessen, four lines
/07: Berlin-Schöneberg, Neumann, three lines
/08: Berlin-Wilmersdorf, Paeplow, three lines

The format of the PP122-B-2 cards is slightly different in that the word "DRUCKSACHE" and the address are pre-printed on the lower left-hand side of the card. This time there are only three variations as follows:/01: Berlin-Charlottenburg, Dr. Krause, three lines
/02: Mühlhausen i. Thür., Ackermann, four lines
/03: Theresienfeld/ Niederdonau, Dr. Schenkl three lines

There are six variations of PP122-B-3 and on the bottom left-hand side is printed "DRUCKSACHE", the place of posting is BERLIN-WILMERSDORF, followed by the address of various collectors./01: Baden-Baden, Bucherer

The text on the bottom left-hand side reads "DRUCKSACHE" measuring either 33 or 41mm long. Below that is inscribed "Absender: Fritz Paeplow | Berlin-Wilmersdorf | Wilhelmsaue 114/15". There are a number of possible destination addresses as follows:

This version is inscribed "Aschersleben, Paul Koch, Herstellung und Verlag der „KA-BE" Briefmarken-Alben. The reverse side has a photograph of several rows of books.

This version of P122-B-7 has the text "Stempel-Dienst | Der Deutschland-Spezialist" | Walter Goecks" (on three lines) and there are nine variations as follows:
/01: Senders name and address takes up four lines on the bottom left-hand side of the card. Name is 18mm long
/02: Same as /01 but now sender's name 22mm long
/03: Sender's note in the middle, and the name measures 19mm long
/04: Sender's note in the middle, and the name measures 22mm long
/05: Sender's note in the middle, and the name measures 28mm long, cream coloured card
/06: Sender's note in the middle, and the name measures 28mm long, white coloured card
/07: Sender's note in the middle, and the name measures 31mm long
/08: Sender's note in the middle, text reads "Berlin W62 | Nettelbeckstraβe 18-19"
/09: Reverse side text "Die neuen Protektorats-Marken" Like PP122-A-1/03 which is without the text.
PP122-B-8
CARL KÜHNE
Berlin N 31, Carl Kühne. With "Surol" advertisment. Left pane has "Surol | der Essig | zum Einmachen" - "Don't forget! Surol, the vinegar for canning', text.
There are four variants of PP122-B-8 depending on the print data at the bottom of the sender's section.
/01: "Form. 259. Sch. 15000. 5.33."
/02: "Form. 259. R. 15000. 4.35."
/03: "Form. 259. Sch. 15000. 5.38."
/04: "Form. 259. Sch. 15000. 8.40."
PP122-B-9
MEDIZINISCHER VERSAND
PP122-B-8 exists as only a single variant with inscription "Berlin, W 35, Medizinischer Versand" - 'Medicine Dispatch' On the reverse side is an order form for Haemasal.

ALFRED METZNER
PP122-B-10 was used by the company Alfred Metzner of Berlin SW61 and there are five lines in the address.
