BACKGROUND: Like 1928 issue P181. Increased sender's note 5 pre-printed lines of text and 3 dotted lines (21mm high). P195 has an 8 Rpf dark green Friedrich Ebert pre-printed stamp and has two variations:

SPECIAL SLOGAN CANCELS
1. The following card was posted in WARMENSTEINACH on 12th Apr 1932. The special handstamp on this card reads "WARMENSTEINACH | Skiparadies des Fichtelgebirges | 700 m | Luftkurort" - 'WARMENSTEINACH | Ski paradise of the Fichtelgebirge | 700 m | climatic health resort' and was one of only two special cancels used in the town. This particular cancel was used every year from 1931 to 1934.[BOCHMANN: Heft: 21, Page: 746, No.: 1]
