BACKGROUND: Like 1928 issue P181. Increased sender's note 5 pre-printed lines of text and 3 dotted lines (21mm high). P195 has an 8 Rpf dark green Friedrich Ebert pre-printed stamp and has two variations:

There are two versions of this card as follows:

ABOVE LEFT: P195-I: with four straight edges
ABOVE RIGHT: P195-II: with one or more serrated edges.

As well as the official card there were a number of official cards with additional private printing.

SPECIAL SLOGAN CANCELS

1. The following card was posted in WARMENSTEINACH on 12th Apr 1932. The special handstamp on this card reads "WARMENSTEINACH | Skiparadies des Fichtelgebirges | 700 m | Luftkurort" - 'WARMENSTEINACH | Ski paradise of the Fichtelgebirge | 700 m | climatic health resort' and was one of only two special cancels used in the town. This particular cancel was used every year from 1931 to 1934.
