BACKGROUND: This 1920 issue Rohrpost envelope is easily recognised as it is the only Rohrpost envelope to feature a 60Pf Germania stamp inscribed "DEUTSCHES REICH". Issued due to further postal rate increases. RU8 and RU9 also occur (possibly with additional postage) in normal postal traffic, ie not transported by pneumatic tube.
