BACKGROUND: Issued in 1920 due to an increase in Postage rates. The layout of the card, the design of the pre-printed stamp and the overprint are the same as P124 above. P128 has three variants as follows:
P128 I/01: Four straight edges and a date code of "20".
P128 I/02: Four straight edges and a date code of "21".
P128 II: At least one serrated edge and a date code of "20".
In addition to the three variants described above there at least 30 private versions of the P128 I card and at least one of the P128 II.
