REPLY CARD
(10Pf - Orange-Yellow)
BACKGROUND: Published in 1920 for use in Bavaria and featuring a 10Pf orange-yellow 'BAYERN' pre-printed stamp overprinted 'Deutsches Reich'. On the Message part of the card the words 'Postkarte | mit Antwortkarte' are printed just to the right of the vertical divider and the year of publication is printed in the lower right-hand corner of the card.
P126 exists either with a date in the bottom right-hand side (P126), or without a date (P126-I). Both P126 and P126-I can be found as just a message (F) or answer (A).
There are several private versions of this card.

P126(F)/(A) 1. ROBERT NOSKE The Robert Noske company produced a version of this reply card, the message (F) side of which has the "Postkarte" overwritten with three horizontal lines and the text "mit Antwortkarte" over written with two horizontal lines. Below these lines the word "Drucksache" has been added.
The answer (A) side has the word "Postkarte" overwritten with three horizontal lines, and the word "(Antworte)" overwritten with two horizontal lines. Below these lines the text "Bücher- | Bestellzettel" has been added. Both the (F) and the (A) reverse side have been completely covered with additional text.
P126(A): 2. WILLY DITTRICH, NÜRNBERG
Willy Dittrich of Nürnberg produced a version of P126 (A) which features the comapany's name and address in the upper sender's section, beneath which are two lanyards. The word "Postkarte" has been overwritten with a single solid horizontal line as has "(Antwortkarte)". Below this "Drucksache" has been added. The reverse of the card has been completely covered with pre-printed text.

This private card (P126 (A)) has the destination address "Herren | Ad. & Hch. Wagner | Nürnberg I | Postfach 15."
