BACKGROUND: Published in 1920 for use in Bavaria and featuring a 15Pf red 'BAYERN' pre-printed stamp overprinted 'Deutsches Reich'. The word 'Postkarte' is printed just to the right of the vertical divider and the year of publication is printed in the lower right-hand corner of the card.
There were quite a number of private cards available, and I have extra cards in my collection.
