BACKGROUND: Published in 1920 for use in Bavaria and featuring a 10Pf orange-yellow 'BAYERN' pre-printed stamp overprinted 'Deutsches Reich'. The card measures 140 x 90mm.

The word 'Postkarte' is printed just to the right of the vertical divider, and the year of publication is printed in the lower right-hand corner of the card.

There were at least five private versions of this card. I also have extra cards in my collection.
