BACKGROUND: Issued 1920. This card was a re-issue due to a postal rate increase. This is the only official Kartnebrief to feature a 20Pf, blue, GERMANIA stamp inscribed "DEUTSCHES REICH" and there are two variations:

K18a the colour of the card grey
K18b the colour of the card is blue-grey

K18a is coloured grey.

K18-b

K18b is coloured blue grey.
