BACKGROUND: Issued due to another increase in the postagal rate. For the use of all of Germany including Bavaria. New fee table on the back (20Pf - 1 Mark) and advertising form for the postal check account. A43 has a 20Pf blue Germania stamp inscribed "DEUTSCHES REICH".

There are two variations in the colour:

A43a: Blue
A43b: Violet-blue
