Issued May 1923. This Rohr postcard has the same design as RP21 only now with an increase in value due to a postal rate increase, 80 Mark with 15 Mark surcharge. This design now has a revised inscription on the lower border "Preis: Freigebuhr + Papierzuschlag".

Issued May 1923. The same design as RU10 only now with increased value due to postal rate increases. This is the only Rohrpost envelope with a 'Large Number in Diamond' stamp, valued at 100M + 30M. The lower margin has the inscription "Pries: Freigebühr+Papierzuschlag".
