BACKGROUND: Issued May 1923. The same design as RU10 only now with increased value due to postal rate increases. This is the only Rohrpost envelope with a 'Large Number in Diamond' stamp, valued at 100M + 30M. The lower margin has the inscription "Pries: Freigebühr+Papierzuschlag".
