BACKGROUND: DPB3 is a two-part card (like a reply card) for use by the orphan care community. The pre-printed stamps are 75Pf, 1922 issue Michel 69. The front part has the inscription "Von dem Gemeindewaisenrate in" and the reverse side is inscribed "An das Amtsgericht". The cards had to be separated before use in order to comply with the regulations.
