BACKGROUND: This official postcard was issued 1921 and features a 30Pf green stamp with a image of a postal rider approacing a city. The card measures 140 x 90mm and the text below the stamp reads "Papierpreiszuschlag 5 Pf" which was a 5Pf surcharge.
The card exists in two different formats:
P140-I: that has four straight edges
P140-II: which has a serrated edge.
