ADVERTISING POSTCARD

The front of this advertising postcard from Kohler asks the question "Kennen Sie die Vorteile?" or 'Do you know the benefits?'. The advertisement is for the company's range of "Stahl-Riemenverbinder für zeitgemässe Betrieb" - 'steel belt connectors for businesses'. Prospective buyers had a range of six different sizes from 3-4½mm all the way up to 11-14mm with prices from 5.5 to 11 Marks.

The card was posted in DRESDEN on 20th May 1924 and destined for the company of Spinnerei Neuhof A.-G. in HOF/SAALE. I wonder if they ever bought any steel belts?

The company Spinnerei Neuhof was founded in 1896 and still exists today serving clients such as "automotive industry, home textiles, technical textiles and safety & functional wear". You can visit their website.
