This card was first issued as part of the second edition of cards on 17th Feb 1926 and was then re-printed as part of the fourth issue on 17th Aug 1926 and was valid for use until 31st Jul 1930. The total number of this card printed was 60,000 for the second edition and an additional 100,000 in the fourth edition.

1. The postally used example below was sent from BERLIN to GÖRLITZ on 1st Jun 1926. This example was from the second edition which can be determined both by the cancellation date (before the fourth issue was published) and by the length of the last line in the sky to the left of the spire (the second edition has a longer line than the fourth edition).2. The next example was a domestic long-distance delivery from FRANKFURT to BERLIN-LICHTERFELD on 29th Sep 1926.
