SOLDATENKALENDER 1942
This series of Feldpost cards was part of the 1942 Soldatenkalender printed by The Central Verlag der N.S.D.A.P., Franz Eher of MUNICH. The cover of the calendar features an image of a German soldier in front of a building. The title in large white letters reads "SoldatenKalender 1942" and the text along the lower edge reads "HERAUSGEGEBEN VOM STELLV. GENERALKOMMANDO VII A.K".
The calendar measures approximately 180mm (H) x 150mm (W) x 22mm (D) and the reverse side has both a desk stand and a loop for hanging on the wall.

The calendar consists of weekly tear-off pages each of which has a propaganda postcards (the calendar pages could be used as postcards after removing them from the calendar). Following each month there is a full-page portrait of a general, or famous Nazi for a total of 60 pages. The pages feature an artistic images of the German Army in action covering the campaign on the western front, below which are the dates for that applicable week. The cards are not numbered, so they are shown here in the order in which they appear in the caalendar.
There are several ways for you to see the complete calendar. Firstly by comparing the text written on the front of your card and clicking on the link. Secondly you can review the cards in the order they appear in the calendar:
