REMINDER OF THE REICHS WARRIOR CONFERENCE
This commemorative postcard was published by Georg Schröder of KASSEL and was used to remind people of the veterans who had served in previous German wars.
The example below features one of two unrelated postage stamps Michel 684, issued to commemorate the annexation of the Sudetenland in 1938.

This very striking private postcard was published by Kunstanstalt W. Mehnert and was also used to commemorate the conference held in KASSEL. This example features the special handstamp used during the conference.UNKNOWN PUBLISHER

This postcard was published to commemorate German War Veterans Day in Kessel. Not all of the stock were sold so the remainder was re-used the following year in 1940. This card was published by Hermann Hunsinger of Nürnberg and there was no pre-printed stamp.The image on the front of the card is the Kyffhauser denkmal (also known as the Barbarossadenkmal) an 81m tall structure in the district of Steinthaleben in Thuringia, built to commemorate the death of Kaiser Wilhelm I in 1888. In the artists impression the structure is flanked by lines of Nazi party members carrying ceremonial flags.
