BACKGROUND: This postcard was published by the K.d.F (Kraft Durch Freude) collectors' community to commemorate the first greater Advertising Show held in the city of LIEGNITZ on 7th and 8th Jan 1939.

SONDERSTEMPEL: There was a special handstamp available during the show which can be seen on the example below. The inscription reads "LIEGNITZ | herzog heinrich | Werbeschau | 7.-8.1 1939 | Der KDF Sammler am Feierabend".
