BACKGROUND: PP122-C-53 was issued on 1st Aug 1937 to commemorate the National Meeting of the NSKOV (National Socialist War Victims Supply), a NAZI welfare organisation for the victims of severe war injuries and First World War participants. Only one postcard was issued, and it has a 3Pf Hindenburg Medallion pre-printed stamp.
