BACKGROUND: Published to commemorate the Friedland district of Wroclaw, Marsa, borderland meeting and stamp exhibition held from 2nd until 4th Oct 1937. There were three identical cards with pre-printed stamp values as follows: PP122-C-59 with a 3Rpf Hindenburg Medallion, PP142-C-17 with a 5Rpf Luftpost and a PP143-C-1 with a 10Rpf Luftpost pre-printed stamp.
