2nd DISTRICT MARCH - BREMEN
(13th/15th Aug 1937)

BACKGROUND: The following postcard was published to commemorate the 2nd District forming-up march of the Hitler Youth in preparation for the 1937 Reichsparteitag in NÜRNBERG.

The inscription along the top of the card reads "Nordsee hj. danke | der alten Garde" - 'North Sea Hitler Youth, thank you from the old guard'.

SONDERSTEMPEL: A special handstamp was available in BREMEN inscribed "2. Gebietsaufmarsch | der | Nordsee hj | 13.-15.8.1937 | Bremen", and can be seen on the example below.
