Issued: 4th Nov 1933 to commemorate the 450th Anniversary of the birth of Dr, Martin Luther. The card features a portrait of Dr. Martin Luther on the left pane as well as a 6Rpf Hindenburg pre-printed stamp and long-tailed 'e' in 'Postkarte' on the right-hand pane.
Validity: 4th Nov 1933 until May 1945

This first privately produced card has the following text in the destination section of the card "Herrn | Kurt Horn | Dresden-Weiβer Hirsh | Danziger Straβe 20". The reverse of the card has a large "Auftrag" - 'Order', and a table on which items can be ordered.HEROLD & WILHELM
This next card is the same as the basic card only now the address in the destination section is "Firma | Herold & Wilhelm | Leipzig C1 | Peterstraβe 21". There are two versions of this card: Type 01 has a small "S 34" in the bottom left-hand corner and Type 02 does not have any code in the bottom left-hand corner of the card.
