THE OPENING OF THE STATE PARLIAMENT
(8th/21st Apr 1931)

BACKGROUND: This postcard was published by Grapische Werkst. C. Paul Stein of Berlin and was sponsored by the "Der Stahlhelm B.D.F" to commemorate the opening of the state parliament in 1931. The reverse of this card bears the following inscription:

""Stürzt der roten Bonzen Thron:
Helft mit goldener Munition!
Trage Dich ein 8. - 21. April!""

"Topples the throne of the red fat cats:
Help with golden ammunition!
Sign up April 8th - 21st!"
