BACKGROUND: Issued 1921. The text and design of Michel P143 is the same as Michel P140 only now instead of a postcard it is a reply card. P143 has a 30Pf indicia stamp with 10Pf surcharge (5Pf for the 'Question' and 5Pf for the 'Answer').

There is only one version of this reply card as there is no serrated edge version.

In addition to the regular official card described above there was at least one version with a private printing.
