Issued in 1899. This kartenbrief has the same design on the front as that of K1-K7 previously, the only difference being that K8 has an open 'K' in the word 'Kartenbrief'. K8 is the last of eight Kartenbrief with this 10Pf 'large eagle in circle', pre-printed stamp.

It can be distinguished from the earlier cards by the open 'K' of 'Kartenbrief'.
