BACKGROUND: These stamps were issued to coincide with the Nazi Party's annual Nürnberg Rally held from the 5th to 10th Sep 1934. An official postcard was also available as were several private postcards. The stamps depict Nürnberg Castle and the familiar rising sun in the background.
